  • GitOps workflow principles, branch protection rules & Jira sprint management
  • Automated Bash scripting for server automation and health monitoring

2 Docker Containerization & Multi-Stage Builds

Live Milestone
  • Writing optimized, lightweight multi-stage Dockerfiles (Node, Python, Java, Go)
  • Docker Compose for multi-container local microservices stacks
  • Container security scanning with Trivy and Docker Scout
  • Private container registries: AWS ECR, Docker Hub & GitHub Container Registry

3 CI/CD Pipeline Automation (GitHub Actions & GitLab CI)

  • Designing robust multi-stage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
  • Automated testing, linting, security scanning & semantic version tagging
  • Automated container build, push & zero-downtime deployment triggers
  • Managing secrets securely with GitHub Secrets and HashiCorp Vault

4 Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform

  • Terraform HCL syntax, modules, variables & remote state management (S3 + DynamoDB)
  • Provisioning AWS infrastructure: VPCs, Subnets, Internet Gateways, Security Groups & EC2
  • Provisioning managed cloud databases (AWS RDS PostgreSQL) and S3 buckets
  • Terraform plan validation, automated drift detection & CI/CD IaC execution

5 Kubernetes Orchestration & GitOps Deployment

  • Kubernetes architecture: Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress & ConfigMaps/Secrets
  • Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA), Resource Requests/Limits & Liveness/Readiness probes
  • Package management with Helm charts & custom chart development
  • Continuous Delivery with ArgoCD (GitOps automated synchronization)

6 Cloud Monitoring, SRE & Capstone Delivery

  • Prometheus metrics collection and Grafana dashboard visualization
  • Centralized log aggregation with Loki / Promtail / Fluentd
  • Alertmanager configuration for PagerDuty and Slack notifications
